Hey Bandar!

One of the revelations in Woodward's recent book Plan of Attack was that Saudi ambassador Prince Bandar promised to grease the skids to Bush's re-election by strategically increasing Saudi oil production in time for the price of gasoline to drop this summer, thus improving the economy so that Bush could claim great economic stewardship. You remember that, don't you?

Well, my question is, if reduced gasoline prices are going to have much of an effect on the overall economy by, say, November, shouldn't they be starting, like, NOW??

All's I'm saying is, come on, Bandar. You promised.
