Does integrity trump networking? She's an admirable individual, but she's got herself isolated pretty far out on a limb. Cheney is a fighter himself, but he doesn't fight fair. I'm hoping the Plame affair brings him down and they bring Colin Powell in to be VP. Is that conceivable?
Not Powell. He's strayed too far from the reservation. No Longer Liked.
Bets are on Rice. One of the Puppet's many Office Mothers, anyway. I think it would be a hoot if Miers went from Supreme Nominee to Veep to Prez, as mentioned in an earlier post (that I'm too lazy to go look for.)
