Unindicted Co-Conspirators

Now that's a phrase you don't hear very often these days. Maybe it's time to bring it back?

Let's admit it - the ONLY way that Bush did not know about the criminal conspiracy to out Valerie Plame was if the puppet-masters who run him decided he was too stupid and volatile to be trusted with the information.

And there's simply no way Cheney didn't know about it.
