That authorization, he said, was implicit in the authorization for the use of military force in Afghanistan following the Sept. 11 attacks.You know, I think the ability to confiscate all private property in the US was probably inherent in the authorization to use military force in Afghanistan. Oh, and the authority to arrest anyone who admits to have voted for a Democrat. I mean, doesn't it just follow??
