As I understand it, FEMA has been incorporated into the Department of Homeland Security, that group that has had four years to organize to protect us, if you recall. Seeing what you're seeing now, what's your confidence level that these guys would be able to do jack-shit in the event of a terrorist attack on the US? Seriously?
